George E. Neilson !

Bio by the author: Hello, I'm currently a resident of northern California (for past 16 months); my current job occupation - RN Nurse working at a local Community Hospital in a great little towm of 2,550 population. Born May 04, 1944 in Poughkeepsie, New York, I started working on my poetry and literary career during the early 1970's, influenced mainly by Kerouac, Ginsberg, Bob Dylan and Pete Seeger (Folk music); during the 1960's I grooved on Janis Joplin and Natural environment; studied Zen Buddhism within the realm of cosmic entities and spiritual void; formal education in 1960's at state university of New York with 22 credits in English literature, continued later in early 1980's at Indiana Univ., Bloomington with English 312, 327, 341; poems of quantity equal 26 - 31; dedicated to the idea that each individual has some quality and personal value that is evident thru his/ her existence and influence on the environment.
